Starting, though, with something suitably demented for the Holiday Season... 65daysofstatic had a great year this year, and there's plenty more I could've played of them, but we did hear a 2010 tune of theirs last week. This is from way back when they were starting, and it's an old fave of mine. 65kids.com also has a brilliant video of it, interpolating scenes of Dan Akroyd playing a very drunk Santa in Trading Places.

Yes, the Afrikaans in that song is even more amusingly offensive than the familiar "fokkens" and the like would suggest :D
