Good evening. Tonight… A beautiful song by Roy Harper, immortalised by Liz Fraser & This Mortal Coil, but the original version and this live performance by Harper are if anything even more beautiful, because you can hear the fabulous lyric.

There seems to be yet more new music tonight, oh lordy me. Drill’n'bass pioneer Andrew Coleman , who started life as Animals on Wheels in the mid-’90s, moved on to really great organic folktronic type stuff, and has a new(ish) album out on c0c0s0l1dc1t1, from which we take a couple of tracks. The inimitable Venetian Snares has a newie too, and our first track today is his bizarre take on 13/8 dub. And we have a couple of tracks from an awesome new comp on Ad Noiseam celebrating their first 5 years of existence.
Also new tonight is the fantastic new album from Sydney trio Triosk, and a few tunes from Hefty Records‘ 10th anniversary comp History is Bunk, and the new album from Leeds’ beautiful glitchy postrock band Sierpinski. Oh, and glitchy, somewhat poppier indie from Dwayne Sodahberk… and some lovely new electronica from Sydney’s Kirke Godfrey. Plus we revisit lots of great still-new stuff from last week.
